Returns & Refunds Policy
At Zammi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our return and refund process to ensure clarity and prevent any misunderstandings.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns must meet ALL of the following conditions:
Required Conditions (All Must Be Met):
- Time Limit: Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date (not order date)
- Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with no signs of use
- Original Packaging: Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached and intact
- Proof of Purchase: Must provide order number or receipt
- No Damage: Items must not be damaged, stained, or altered in any way

No Wear: Items must show no signs of wear, including but not limited to:
- No deodorant marks or stains
- No makeup or perfume residue
- No pilling or fabric wear
- No stretched or misshapen areas
Items NOT Eligible for Return
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
- Items worn, washed, or used
- Items without original tags
- Items not in original packaging
- Items damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items that have been altered or customized
- Items with any signs of use, wear, or damage
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email info@zammi.co.uk with your order number within 30 days of delivery
- Provide Details: Include photos of the item(s) you wish to return showing condition and tags
- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible
- Return Instructions: We will provide return shipping instructions and label (if applicable)
- Ship Item: Package item securely in original packaging with all tags attached
- Inspection: We will inspect returned items upon receipt
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after inspection
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless item was defective
Rejected Returns
If a return does not meet our conditions, we reserve the right to:
- Refuse the return and send the item back to you
- Charge return shipping costs to the customer
- Process a partial refund if items are damaged but still acceptable
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item for a refund (following return process above)
- Place a new order for the desired item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at info@zammi.co.uk
- Provide photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- Include your order number
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless:
- The item was defective or damaged upon arrival
- We sent the wrong item
- We made an error with your order
Important Notes
- 30-Day Window: The 30-day period starts from the delivery date, not the order date
- Inspection Required: All returns are subject to inspection before refund approval
- Original Condition: Items must be in the exact condition they were received
- One Return Per Item: Each item can only be returned once
- No Exceptions: We cannot make exceptions to these policies
