Shipping Information
We offer fast and reliable shipping to customers across the UK.
UK Shipping
Standard Shipping (Royal Mail):
- Delivery time: 3-5 business days
- Cost: £4.95 (FREE on orders over £50)
- Tracked delivery included
Please note: We currently only ship within the UK. If you're located outside the UK and would like to make a purchase, please contact us at info@zammi.co.uk to discuss options.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided or by visiting the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Public holidays

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Zammi pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email info@zammi.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We'll review your request and provide return instructions
- Package Securely: Place items in original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship Back: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless:
- The item was defective or damaged upon arrival
- We sent the wrong item
- We made an error with your order
In these cases, we'll cover the return shipping costs and arrange collection if needed.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item for a refund (following the return process above)
- Place a new order for the desired size or item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items damaged by the customer
- Sale items (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@zammi.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- A description of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, as quickly as possible.
